Web design FAQ

Anything not covered here, ask on the call.

How much does a website cost?

Every site is quoted flat, not hourly. Cost depends on how many pages, whether you need new photography, and how much custom work is involved. We quote after a short call, usually within two business days.

How long does a website take?

Most sites run four to eight weeks from kickoff to launch. The biggest variable is how quickly content and photos come together on your end.

Will the site work on phones?

Yes. Every site is built mobile-first, because most of your visitors will find you on a phone — often standing on a job site.

Do you handle hosting and updates after launch?

Yes. We can host and maintain the site, or hand it off to whoever you already use. Ongoing updates and design support are available monthly.

Can I update the site myself?

Yes. Sites are set up so your team can add projects, jobs, and pages without calling a developer. We walk you through it before handoff.

Do you do photography for the site too?

Usually, yes. Most site builds include a photo or video day, which is why the finished sites don’t look like stock templates.
